8-12 year olds
Workout time: 45 min - 1 hour
Strength & conditioning - for this age group, the target is to learn and improve basic movement patterns - jumping, pushing, pulling, squatting, etc.
Strength work will include body-weight movements, resistance bands, and light objects. Conditioning will involve running, jumping, agility, speed and balance movements. With this age group, games and teamwork are added to make fitness fun.
13-17 year olds
Workout time: 1 hour
Each workout will include preparation work of stretching/mobility and a focus on improving movement patterns.
Strength & Conditioning - Workouts will vary with strength work and conditioning. Strength work may include bodyweight, resistance bands, balance, weight-lifting and accessory movements. Conditioning will focus on running, rowing, biking, jumping, plyometrics, interval-work & agility.
Strength only - for individuals interested only working on strength development. Weightlifting program will focus on the Deadlift, Overhead press, Squat & Bench Press. Included will be specific accessory work to complement the day's focus. Other movements will include bodyweight, resistance bands, balance & core-strength. This program will include coaching on technique with all lifting movements, loads will only be added when consistent quality technique is demonstrated.

Focus is on balance, coordination, low-impact, no-intensity, strength building for daily activities.
